Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
Current State of Maryland license (Psy.D., P.hD., LCSW-C, LMSW, LGSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT)
Propensity toward effective communication, mutual respect, timeliness of clinical documentation, collaboration with coworkers, punctuality, and a desire to continue learning
Willingness to market yourself (networking, listed on directories/website/social media)
Able to maintain at least 10 available hours for client sessions each week
Willingness to work with adults 18+
Preferred Qualifications:
Trauma-informed practice OR a desire to develop/expand your practice to align with our values and mission toward increasing the availability of trauma-informed care for survivors
EMDR-trained or a desire to complete EMDR training
Use of other modalities to support the treatment of trauma (IFS, Somatic Experiencing, CPT, narrative therapy, art therapy, etc.)
Interest in facilitating group therapy.
