Hi, I'm Allison Gonzalez, LCSW-C.
I’m passionate about working with adults seeking to make changes in their lives but may feel overwhelmed in doing so. I enjoy working with creative, passionate individuals navigating life transitions that may include family planning, fertility concerns, loss, grief, and relational difficulties/concerns. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent folks navigating a neurotypical world.
I value collaborating with my clients and incorporating their strengths as we navigate resources for managing current stressors and anxieties while processing past experiences. I am EMDR-trained and offer this as a resource for processing past experiences.

Together, we'll explore the current and past events in your life that may be contributing to stress or feeling like you're "stuck." It can be difficult to know where to begin, and I hope to offer a space where you can start to unpack what you’ve been carrying.

I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
